Mandhan Projects is Mandhan Group’s stepping stone into the world of real estate. Through this wing, we develop buildings and societies, thereby, providing a comfortable stay to families searching for a residential neighbourhood. Since our inception in 2019, we have completed two residential buildings in South Kolkata: Behala, and Tollygunge, and have a couple of commercial and residential projects lined up for the next calendar year. The idea for Mandhan Galaxy was incepted keeping a fusion of two factors in mind: comfort and affordibility! After understanding the demand for housing in the area, we crafted spacius 3 BHKs which worked in our favour as all the units were sold out well before completion. The location served as the perfect spot as it was close to all the main areas in South Kolkata - Tollygunge, Alipore, Southern Avenue, Golpark, etc. We are pleased to share that since the last possession was claimed in 2024, we have not received a single complaint regarding any individual flat or the building as a whole — a testament, we believe, to the quality of our construction.
